I noticed multiple times that the background image, either from the header, either from the "body", get "screwed"; it displays random rubish, see enclosed screenshots.

I want to add that since I noticed the same phenomena 2 times on 2 different websites.
Though it happened frequently on Leap-Day.
I am unsure what to think, if this is a browser-only issue, or a combination of browser and web page.

Definitely a strage bug. I can't seem to reproduce it as of yet.

with time I am seeing it more and more on various sites. It seems to affect images set by CSS.

I would agree with you to close the issue here, as it seems to be on my system.
