Chrome on Android doesn't scroll right

The "View on GitHub" floats all over when you scroll (goes up when scrolling down, and vice versa):
But that seems to be the only object with a problem. The "Download Zip" and "Download Tar" don't go anywhere.

Yeah, seems to be busting up the media query. @waddlesplash what phone are you using? I'll figure out what the resolution is and see what I can do from there.
