Make the demo work in private browsing mode on iOS6. Also affects iOS5.
Fixed in part 2.

Ok, decided not to fix in Tutorial 1 (this is supposed to be the absolute basic, working app). Tutorial 2 is about getting it to load "anywhere" so makes sense to put the fix there. Updated the github project - just need to write up an explanation and update the tutorial.
