I'm confused by this. Can you provide more detail.
We are providing tools. How the issuers decide to use them is up to them. There's no way to ensure addresses were verified. I see it analogous to private placements where people have to check a box to show they are accredited. I don't think paper manufacturers, bic pens, or financial printers carry any risk. What was Perkins' issue?

As discussed, I was under the same impression, however, Perkins thought they should look into that.
Do we have another call scheduled with them? Might make sense to schedule a demo next week with the updated UI.
