Exporting xarray to netcdf

A xarray data array extracted from a HDF5 file cannot be exported to netcdf because attributes must not be boolean. This is the case for ISTIMEDS, so if the data contains a time vector built with the toolbox

The attribute ISTIMEDS uses 1 instead of True.
