crash_handler_win32.cpp/crash_handler_unix.cpp are missing in CMakeListst.txt? Is it intentional? Why?

This was an oversight that was undetected since we don't have any code included in the build that uses those functions. I have made a new release with the missing files, that also includes some sample code to use the crash handler.
