XWayland: After floating an XWayland window, it some times becomes unclickable

Repro

  1. Open up VSCode in workspace 1
  2. Open up Mattermost in workspace 2
  3. Float Mattermost
  4. Put Mattermost back into the grid
  5. Note that Mattermost will be unclickable until you switch workspaces

This is because the window thinks that other X windows are in its way! Probably the solution here is to raise it...
