How to change/rebuild sysinfo_lcd.py

Hi Matt,

I used for running docker-compose but a forgot to change a value like network adapter. I would like to different network adapter and also disk usage but after a change value in the sysinfo_lcd.py (network('enp2s0'), to network('enp1s0'), ) and restart complete system on the LCD is still displayed "old" value for network adapter enp2s0.

Could you please help and navigate me how to correctly update a script a what to do after change a values lik network or hdd usage?
