Hi,

Is it possible to send a local file (an image) in the MMS instead of an online URL?

Let's say I want to send an image C:\image.png, what can I do.

Unfortunately, no, you have to have a valid URL. Your best bet is to upload the file to a public location (Dropbox public folder, S3, github pages, web server, etc etc).
