Seems like it IS dead... maybe we should fork it and reactivate? Who's around for helping? I don't have experience developing IntelliJ plugins, but I'm happy to learn...

Sorry about the death of this plugin, my priorities have moved on to other things. Feel free to fork as needed. It is very unlikely I'll be contributing any more to this project.
