Add some tracking of user info

I need to add some way to track use of the website. The simplest way could be too just spend too an ascii text file whether the user's MCMC completed, or I could add to a mysql database.

I have added saving of some user info (not their email address) into a mysql database. This seems to work now.
More info could be added in the future if required.
