unable to push same data bag item across data bags

• If a user tries to use same data bag item across different data bags, the loader doesn't allows to push it and considers that to be already available based on checksum value maintained in a file locally.

• If user has 2 data bags with similar pattern, the grep command fails to differentiate and consider the databag to be present and doesn't create a new one. For instance: a00123_db_test and a00123_db_testkitchen.
