Should `revert` also revert the changes?

Currently revert only resets the p4 command, but the file still has the change. So when I save the file, it becomes add/edit again.

I wonder if this is windows-specific? Last time I used revert on Mac it did reload the file from disk.

Could not reproduce. Seems to be working
