尝试重装 cudnn，无效。猜测可能是 anaconda 的 tensorflow 和 pypi 提供的 tensorflow 不同导致的，使用 conda 重新安装 tensorflow 和 keras:

conda install tensorflow-gpu=1.8.0 tensorflow=1.8.0 keras

解决。
