Update AFNetworking submodule to use ARC

I am reading in the AFNetworking github page that it supports ARC.

I think it would be nice if CargoBay's AFNetworking submodule were updated to use ARC.

Done and done. I had no idea that the submodule was that so long out-of-date. I'll look into replacing this with just CocoaPods going forward.
