Logout function - not working

Great plugin - thank-you.

The logout functionality doesn't appear to be working though.

Two distinct issues.

  1. If you are on the plugin page and click logout, get the following error:
    Error
    Unauthorized action or expired link

Looking at the YOURLS code, it might be an issue with the role/action checking.

  1. Logout from, say, the Admin Interface, doesn't do anything.

Oh - I might be running an old version of YOURLS (v1.5)
Could that be causing the issue?
