Add keyutils as a dependency

bwmenu requires keyutils to be installed (for keyctl), however it is not mentioned in the README.

same request, I had no idea where keyctl came from

even with keyutils installed I get:

keyctl_set_timeout: Permission denied
keyctl_read_alloc: Permission denied

Any recommended tuto on how to use keytuils ? I had no idea the kernel had such infra
