Restrictions for verb macro and verbatim environment

Since \verb has to be handled at the very beginning, a macro declaration
like Simple('textbackslash', r'\\verb?\\?') does not work.
Similarly, something as
\comment{\begin{verbatim}}
...
\comment{\end{verbatim}}
will not work.
