Add support for mapy.cz

Mapy.cz is a very popular site in Czechia/Slovakia because they use their own maps which have great tourist trails etc. Outside of these two countries they use OSM but provide their very nice UI on top of it. They have a very large market share, in Czechia maybe even more than Google Maps. I would love to see support added, since windy.com is already supported and they use mapy.cz as their base map since they were developed by the same person.
