name of committer is not correct

I am now using repodriller to crawl enterprise github project.
When reading the output, I found sometimes the committer's name is not corresponding to it shows on the GitHub website, and a lot of them are "none" or "Github enterprise". Since I am now studying the developer network, each committer should have its own index.
Anybody knows why it happens?
