Upgrade listing button on listing

This landlord has multiple listings. When the button is clicked on the listing page it brings you to the page with all the properties and has the option to check off each listing to be upgraded. This listing was lower on the list and doesn't move up when this was the initial page I was on. Kind of confusing to know that it was selected.
When I went back and clicked it again it added it to the checkout box on the right for a second time. This should not be permitted.
