Incorrect Rent Due Date - 1st Semester and 2nd Semester

Tried to edit rent due dates when editing listing, but dates are not correctly holding.

Currently showing 1st Semester: August 24th 2018 (which is a day before the move-in lease date?) & 2nd Semester: December 25th 2018.
Should be 1st Semester: August 25th 2018 & 2nd Semester: January 19th 2019.

I think this was only occurring when editing a listing, not when first creating one.
