Upgrade Your Listing "X" Button Problem

The last step of creating a listing finsihes with the upgrade your listing modal. You are given 3 options when that pops up which are "no thanks, upgrade or the x button". If you choose the x button it brings you back to the photo page and doesn't complete and confirm the listing. The only way you can post the listing is by clicking no thanks. Can we take away the x button so you have to choose one of the 2 options?
