60 hertz errors?

A lot of the CSVs from Drift produce pitch values at 60 hertz for a variety of speakers who probably don't speak that low, or who might be speaking lower. There can be a background hum around 59 hertz, I think, which has to do with the recording itself -- I don't know why.
Is the pitch floor set at 60 hertz in Drift? It's also possible that some very low-voiced males are occasionally going lower than 60, and the pitch flatlines at 60 if that is the lowest possible value.
Here are some sample values below from Frank Bidart's "If See No End In Is." Another test case would be Franz Wright's "To," which I know goes lower than 60 hertz at times, for real. (Wright's voice can get really low.)

We can filter out the 60s, but I wonder if you have ideas about where it's coming from. Here's a link to the two recordings:
