Abstract

Setup a new project and working environment for the new Devtools library.

Requirements

  1. Create a new multiplatform (Android/iOS) project;
  2. Setup minimal Github Actions CI;
  3. Setup Github issue and PR description templates;
  4. Add contribution rules to the README file.
