Even when consuming shards, the capacity does not increase.

CET by itself shouldnt cause this. Is some other mod. If turning off CET helps, it is some mod utilizing CET, not CET issue still.
If you need help with this, join the Discord server linked in readme, this is place for bugs of CET not its mods.
