Remove unused modified property added into translation files

Context
The modified property is used to track which translation files have been modified when running the fixup command. In go-i18n@2.x.x expects all values in key-value pair to be strings. If we want to track what translation files have been modified it is best to use track these changes in a different file.
Currently, the following error is thrown when a modified property is present: expected value for key "modified" be a string but got false
