Add UI pattern for easily rejecting an in-progress recording

It'd be great if we could abandon a recording easily, without needing to release, then manually delete the recording. Every time I trip over my words in a short recording, I do it again, then have to delete the original one. It'd be great if I could abort and try again really easily.

This in addition to what’s pictured in the PR? Or does the ui in the PR
feel okay? (Confession, I leaned away from images and icons so I wouldn’t
have to figure them out, ha!)
