After #7 is done, figure out how to fill in the venue data

The engine doesn't seem to be happy with just filling in the [instrument]_intensity keyframes, as the bandmates remain frozen. It could be that it needs all the "Keys type 11" entities to work, or it might be that some of the unknown integers are wrong.

It's still unclear how to get venue animations working via RBSongs but as of d71a708 animations from the MIDI are working after conversion to RBN1.0
