Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Godot can't Import Images or Audio with out importing it. This is a major problem while using BBCode as [img] tag can't load png or any other image

Describe the solution you'd like
A new Resource system is need to be proposed, with the following features

- A Resource Manager Dashboard

  • Add a search and filter bar similar to Wiki Dashboard
  • Resource Preview
  • Add new Resource Button that supports Audio, Image and Wiki
  • Add a Resource list
  • Add Folder List
  • Add button for navigation

- A Resource Select PopUp Dialog

  • add a search bar
  • add resource list
  • add resource path
  • add resource preview
  • add select button

There needs to be a way to safely delete the save files and load external scripts and resource files, so I'm going to add these to the checklist.
