ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'blender'

Hello,

I'm coming across an issue when installing NodeOSC in blender 3.1.2. I recently had to revert back to factory settings and when attempting to install this module I get this pop up

Not really on how to resolve this, I attempted to delete and reinstall the latest version but continue to get the same error. I currently have animation nodes installed if that makes any difference.
