about pos_emb_relative_dim=51

Thanks for your attention to PointDETR.
In our main experiments, pos_emb_relative_dim is not used, as it is the hyper-parameter of PositionEmbeddingRelativeLearned.
For the reason why it is set as 51, as it represents the dots divided the coordinates (0~1) into 50 (51 - 1, as 0 && 1 contains 2 dots) segmentations.
