Where to set environment variables

I am trying to deploy it on vercel. I am getting slack_incoming_webhook not found when filling my slack webhook url in vercel environment variable field. I also tried hardcode slack webhook url and imgbb key in deploy.sh, still no luck.
Can you tell me what I am missing here?
