Dark mode code snippets need fixing

In dark mode, it's impossible to make out the code snippets that have unspecified language-* class names as the text color is dark against a dark background.

Sorry for being super late spotting this open issue! I believe this should be fixed now 👍 Thanks for reporting, I’ll try to keep a closer eye on my Github issues in future!
