com.mbeddr.spawner: Plugin version should be incremented

There was a change in the MPS 2022.1 branch related to the spawner plugin but we didn't increment the version in the build script. Maybe it would make sense to do this because sometimes users have old versions of the plugin installed in the newer MPS versions and don't know this because the version is the same.
