Blob objects sometimes are shifted

Sometimes when obtaining the blobs and drawing their outline on top of another
image, the outlines seem to be shifted to the right by 1 pixel and down by 1
pixel from where they were.
This doesn't always occur and I can't seem to find a relation between one image
which the blobs are placed correctly and another image in which they are
shifted right and down by 1 pixel.
I am using ijblob-1.1.jar
