Hey,
I was looking for exactly something like this. But it seems like http://lorem-rss.herokuapp.com/feed is down.
Is this an error, or did you take it offline on purpose?
If it was on purpose, then a note in the README would be helpful.

The free limits on Heroku changed and I didn't notice—thanks. It's back up now.
