light blue paths and performance

So after dissolving, failed layer merge attempts, and filtering; blue lines with the removed features are shown. this negatively impacts performance (to a major degree), so there should be an option to remove these

you can run -clean to remove the lines. I'll consider the request, but it's lower priority than other updates that I'm working on.
