Option to adjust picker port

There is a popular fork of Zotero called Juris-M that uses a different port (24119 instead of 23119, also see notes on supporting Juris-M in the Better Bibtex docs). Could we add a setting to change the port the extension connects to?

I could potentially submit a PR if this is something you'd be willing to support.
