Where is Version 3.2.4?

The Changelog details that there’s supposed to be an available security patch:
3.2.4
Fix information disclosure vulnerability: ACF-handled user metadata was disclosed via ajax request to registered users having the edit_posts capability.
But the WordPress Plugin directory only has version 3.2.3 and even the Github repo has the same version. So where is the security patch?!?!?
