System generation is incomplete

Stars are not being generated and the overall generation can be greatly improved.
Following steps need to be created :
- Generate star(s) once the system is created.
- Generate orbital ranges/rings in which the planets will be placed.
- Generate and place planets in the system.
- Generate moons, satellites and other special planet settings.
- Generate system noise (asteroids, anomalies etc...)
- Generate the system gates / travel points.
