My drive has 16Kb clusters not 32kb is that really the issue?
My drive works in

Mighty Channels,
CFG Loader
Yamm when i mount usb2 at the start
WiiXplorer

not sure why it wouldnt work with this i know it takes a few seconds longer
than most peoples to spin up

actually this usb2 drive takes about 2 minutes to mount on windows xp and can
take upto 1 minute to mount when running wiixplorer and maybe upto a minute in
CFG

is there some place in the source code i can modify to make it wait 5 minutes
or longer when trying to mount the drive

or make it keep trying for 5 minutes to mount the usb drive if mounting usb
drive fails

and is there any way it being usb2 over usb1 makes a difference in yet another
wad manager i have to set it to USB2 or it wont mount the drive

in fact it really would help a lot if i had some pointers on where the drive is
mounted how its mounted where the timers and delays and waits are for finding
and mounting and setting up so i could put in some debug code to log to a file
on the SD card or something or even init the network and send it to a network
debug listener like drwatson

Errm.... are you sure that the drive is not wrecked? Never heard of a hard
drive taking 2 minutes to mount... except maybe for "Western Digital MyBook"
external hard drives, which also have a virtual CD drive containing some
drivers and programs - which means that actually 2 drives appear to the USB
host - a HDD and a virtual CD drive.
But I didn't try these on my Wii, though. It's just an opinion...

So please Crediar, what's your opinion on this? .-)

and turned off the sleep timer and so on as i said it works fine with
everything else it is just uneek that fails not had any issues except maybe
with ios 36 not being able to mount the drive :) ios 38,56,58 all work i know
