Add a footer

I am still missing the footer and need to add one similar to the current site.

It looks like the default theme only supports very basic footers. Simple text only not even html tags or markdown is allowed. It looks like a custom theme is required for this to work.

I am gone for a simplified footer on the main page only. I might expand this later but for now this is good enough.
