Add support for Dutch names

Please support Dutch babynames. All officially registered names since 2008 can de found at http://www.svb.nl/int/nl/kindernamen/

Yeah it would be great to add dutch names !

Is there any downloadable file with all the names with name and gender ?
What is the licence ? I'd like a free one (gpl, commons, etc)
