No input recognised Alesis io2 Express

Hi I can't seem to get this working for my io2 express I have ASIO4ALL v2 Driver
RS_ASIO-log.txt

I get a popup saying no output device connected:

And it doesn't recognise my input, any assistance would be appreciated, thanks!

managed to get sorted, upped the sample rate to 48khz
