Also, not sure if it's specific to Guitar Rig or if it changes the driver's defaults overall, but under Guitar Rig 5 -> Audio and Midi Settings... -> ASIO Config:

1+2 Output Channels
1 Input Channels
48kHz Sample Rate
16bit Resolution
32bit ASIO Resolution
Normal Application Priority
Fast System Performance

Anyhow, works well despite the log reporting some errors. Used concurrently for both input and output.
