be able to get machine-readable output

This might already exist and I didn't find it while doing some exploratory checks. I tried /path/to/election.json and also tried an Accept header with application/json to look around for the feature.

I'd like being able to download a csv of election results (or some other parsable thing, like json).

Ps. while looking at the results, I saw the Terry Pratchett tribute. He is missed. RIP.
