What is the issue with the answer?

The AI didn't answer my question, eventhough it was a basic question about web development. The answer it gave was, "sorry I cannot answer questions outside web development".

Other than that, this unfortunately seems to be a limitation of GPT-3.5, as GPT-4 (available for paying MDN subscribers) is able to answer the "ship animation" question even if asked after the previous question:
