"Folder structure" section on README is outdated

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?
I noticed that the Folder structure section on the README file is no longer up-to-date. The js/
, css/
, and tmpl/
directories do not exist in the latest revision.
What did you expect to see?
A description of the top-level directories reflecting the current project architecture.
