Description

Steps to reproduce issue

Run the DAFoam tutorial field inversion case using the v3 script: https://github.com/DAFoam/tutorials/blob/main/PeriodicHill_FieldInversion/runScript.py

Current behavior

It returns seg falt

Expected behavior

It should run in parallel

This has been fixed in this commit d0379b0
